"Conveniently located close to CBD, however there are very few restaurants in this area for dinner and breakfast which is not provided by the hotel. Parking limited. Would stay there in the future. " - Anonymous
"The room was small, but adequate for a single traveller. No breakfast on-site, but an adequate and cheap cafe for breakfast right next door. Quite suitable for a business traveller looking to save costs and not needing frills." - David Neyle
"The rooms at the front of the hotel were a bit noisy (trams and general traffic) and budget rooms had old tv's, but had a great heater. They don't do breakfast, but there is a cafe next door (not open Sunday's beware) and it is so close to Toorak Rd shops and Clarendon sts. All in all, a great place to stay, would stay there again!" - Anonymous
"I stayed in a budget room with shared facilities, which wasn't a bad thing, as my friend and I were the only ones using the bathroom anyway. The hotel is in a beautiful old victorian style, and has a lot of character. The rooms are fitted out beautifully, with tv, mini fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. It was a lovely stay, with a tram stop right out the front of the hotel, which takes you into the city centre/southbank in about 5 mins. " - Belinda Millman
