We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and very comfortable. It was conveniently located near cafes, newsagent and post office, and it was an easy tram ride to Federation Square or to St Kilda. We will definitely stay there again. Many thanks.
We were happy with the accomodation - right at a tram stop so although out of the city, still convenient. We were worried about having a room at the front - thinking traffic noise - but this was no problem. Staff (same person) very friendly and helpful.

Direct Dial Phone. (shared bathroom facilities ratio 2 rooms 1 Bathroom) Large Modern Bathroom situated just outside Bedroom.
Room has 1 Double Marble top entertainment cabinet with T.V. Bar Fridge and tea making facilities.
Elegantly decorated room with Four Poster or Half Tester bed Marble top cabinet with T.V. Bar Fridge and team making facilities. Most rooms have Brocade couch giving sitting area and Marble top table.
Location is brillant although a little noisy in the front rooms and price was excellent. The bathroom is a little tired but it meet our requirements. We would stay there again but ask for a back room
Great location. Everythink we needed. Trams at front door, did not need a hire car. Food outlets on either side. Very helpful staff.
The Bible in the room is in excellent condition. Handy to McDonalds.
Albert Park Manor Boutique is a step back in time to ornate and quality workmanship. Staff are very helpful and friendly and anticipate their clients' needs. Its closeness to the CBD makes for a gorgeous walk past the gardens and the shrine to the city centre. Likewise, many trams take this route up St Kilda Rd when it's just too hard to take another step.
Excellent service provided by manager and staff. Excellent position, easy walking distance to city centre and attractions. So enjoyable a stay we extended by one more night.
In a good position in Melbourne. Near Subway and McDonalds (for breakfast or lunch). It has its own small shop what is very convinient (if you forgot toothpaste, for example). It has unusual decorations, which are nice.
A nice boutique hotel with very friendly staff. The toilet, however, is quite cold and the shower is hard to control. The location is very good because trams pass by in front of this hotel. There are several restaurants nearby so food is not much of a problem. Regarding the airport transfer, it is better to take the taxi and not starbus as we were picked up very late and we missed our flight.
The Management at Albert Park Manor are very warm and welcoming, making a stay at the hotel a pleasant experience. They go to extra trouble to be helpful to their guests.
nice and close to transport bit dissapointed in the quality of the rooms
Very nice little hotel, Its location is a little out of the city, but close enough so you dont feel crowded by the CBD. Transport is amazing from there, so the distance is not compomised, in fact we were able to get to St Kilda, CBD & chadstone shopping Centre quite easily. There are little bars, cafes (very cheap breakfast $6) dotted right next to it, The price was super cheap and affordable when traveling with children. The single rooms with separate bathrooms was not a problem, we never really saw anyone else on our floor. The price per night for the weekend, meant to u, it was a teen tiny compromise, but never a problem. the management were lovely and went out of their way for us, unto which we appreciated in a really big way. We will go back again.
A lovely old building and a very pleasant room with all the facilities we needed. A great loication, walking distance from the city - we would definitely stay there again.
Very convenient to to City, Melbourne arts venues and St Kilda. Good restaurants within walking distance in South Melbourne.
My stay at the hotel was short but quite good. On arrival, my room was upgraded to a standard ensuite which was appreciated. The staff were helpful and nice. The only slight problem was the lack of a blind on the bathroom window which was in full view of a building site. If I was a younger woman I'm sure the builders would have enjoyed it more! Overall, a pleasant place to stay.
A very pleasant place to stay. Far enough away from the CBD to be quiet and close to gardens and a wonderful War Memorial. Only a half hour walk to the city and we are in our 70s. Manager is fantastic and went out of his way to rectify MY mistake at no cost to me. Well worth a mention as he was a real gem.
lovely hotel in a good location, and the service was wonderful
They were very friendly and created a warm and safe atmosphere. I would definitely stay there again.
Had booked a standard room but was given upgrade to deluxe room. Room was spacious, very clean, serviced daily...staff were helpful , location brilliant ..tram stops at doorway or 15 minutes walk along parks and gardens to Flinders Street, Yarra river, city centre. Would reccommend to anyone wanting reasonably priced accommodation...with a touch of the classic, old world charm
Even though the hotel is not new, and as you may always understand, BOUTIQUE some how "means" small, old and expesive, its location and poeple are good. Good value for money. I'll stay there next time
