Hotel Alexandra is launching Genovese cuisine in Barcelona. The new Italian restaurant from the region of Liguria is called da Luca Ristorante. Tradition and product excellence define this authentic Italian restaurant located in an enticing architectural setting full of design and comfort.
Da Luca is known for its already famous specialties. Its highlights are lukewarm seafood salad with lemon and oil; risotto with seafood or parmesan cheese and mushrooms; sea bass Carpaccio with a fresh salad, lemon oil and red peppercorns; fried squid and anchovies with crispy courgette, apple fritters and apricot marmalade tart. And, its famous tiramisu, of course, which has a vertical shape. And you can accompany the Genovese culinary experience with some delicious Italian wines.
