"I found the hotel very clean. The continental breakfast was good, better than I expected it to be.
The location was excellent - very handy to Hyde Park and to Oxford Street and particularly handy (about 150 metres) to Paddington Station.
My only complaint was the small en-suite. It was VERY small." - Anonymous
"1. Had to ask for hand towels & bathmat on arrival.
2. Shower head broke off under force of water. Fixed immediately.
3. Breakfast not very good. Nothing healthy. White bread toasted & left in a pile; like chewing gum when it was time to eat it. Only cornflakes & rice krispies for cereal.
4. No basin plug.
