Light Green Superior Double Room (extra bed)
Its light green colour gives an impression of peacefulness air, covered by a domed roof that creates mysterious light contrasts. The majolica floors have been produced by the "Solimene" brothers - the most famous artist of "Vietri" ceramic. The headboard of the bed is a hand made masterpiece, produced in "Sorrento", as with the chandeliers, etc. The bathroom has got a big luminous mirror set in a majolica tiled frame.

"Alfonson a Mare Hotel is in Via Praia - a secluded beach within a fishing village. It is in the most amazing location with a view second to none, however the hotel room was extremely basic. The shower was basically over the toilet (wet room) and the hotel room seemed like it had not been renovated in many decades. The breakfast was again very basic but you come here for the location and tranquility, not the hotel. Would still stay here again." - Anonymous

The Hotel "Alfono a Mare" is located in the heart of the
Amalfi coast - a small village named Praiano. It is situated
in one of the most beautiful and characteristic small bays
of the area, overlooking the picturesque beach of "La
Praia". The hotel have also an annex pension casa alfonso 1 star that is situated in the centre of the town.
Praiano is the last remaining mariner's village of
the coast. At just 7 km from Amalfi and Positano it is also
just a few steps from the crystal clear sea. The family
Fusco have managed this hotel for 50 years and the hotel
has adopted its name from its founder.

Take the "Autostrada (motorway) del Sole" until you reach Naples. Follow signs for "Salerno - Reggio Calabria" (A3). Stay on this road until you reach the exit for Castellammare di Stabia.
From this exit, follow signs for Sorrento and Positano. You will then reach your final destination. Is possible to come also by boat.
