Located 10 minutes drive from the airport at the southern entrance to Alice Springs. The motel has views of the stunning MacDonnell Ranges and is a short 5 minute drive to the town centre. We are situated in a quiet location and would be the perfect stopover before & after heading to Uluru. The Alice Springs Airport Motel has 50 rooms and enjoys a 3 star rating. All rooms are spacious and comfortable with ensuite bathrooms; whisper quiet split system air conditioners have been installed November 2009. The rooms also have tea and coffee making facilities with hair dryers and irons on request. The motel has a fenced in ground pool with an adjoining free guest BBQ area. Other facilities include a Guest Laundry. The motel is located next door to the Gap View Hotel whose facilities include function room, meals bistro, lounge bar, and beer garden.

Getting there:
Address 115 Gap Road Located near the base of the MacDonnell Ranges at the southern entrance to Alice Springs, A shuttle bus service,taxi or private hire car can be arranged on your arrival or booked in advance prior to your arrival. Driving in from the South (Adelaide, Coober Pedy or Uluru) take the third exit at the first super large roundabout as you enter town. We are immediately on your right. Driving in from the North (Darwin, Katherine or Tenant Creek) follow the Stuart Highway past the Town Centre to the first super large roundabout and turn immediately left we are immediately on your right.

Check-in Procedure:
Reception is open daily from 8.00am to 8.00pm. Secure Site; Contact Motel within 24 hours of day of arrival, if arriving after 8:00pm. No bookings will be accepted after 7:30pm on day of arrival.

Car parking:
Secure, sealed, well lit, off street car park with automatic gates at the entrances and exits, after hours keypad entry for additional security. Drive in and drive out bays car park a ccommodates any sized truck including Prime Movers with trailer. Ideal secure parking for Motor Sport enthusiasts trailers or trucks, also perfect for Tradesmans Vehicles, Construction, Drilling or Mining Trucks. Free on-site Parking for two weeks for guests travelling interstate or overseas.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the motel, our hosts Karen and Steve were very helpful. The rooms was clean and the pool was refreshing after a hot day. the hotel next door serves an excellent meal.

Premium Room

Our large Premium Rooms are all located on the ground floor facing a quiet courtyard. All rooms have remote controlled color television, en-suite bathroom, split system air conditioner, fan, hairdryer, microwave, tea and coffee facilities. Irons available on Request. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total.
