Alixares Hotel Granada

"We found reception desk very helpful. Hotel buffet was excellent relative to the price. Environment near by the hotel was super: beautiful walking down to the small river and then up to the highhest point of Albaicin. " - Seppo Lindblom

"Second time I have stayed here. Much the same comments as last time except the room was bigger but the TV smaller. They must have scoured all the electronic warehouses in Andalucia to find a TV as small as the one in our room! The room my daughter was in had lights that continued to flicker even when switched off. Great location but not really up to 4 star standard!" - John Stafford

"We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at The Alixares. The staff at reception were very helpful and informative. The restaurant was excellent and staff very pleasant, as was the Barman. The only problem was a blocked bath which was a little unpleasant when showering as the water didnt flow away. As I kept forgetting to report it they were unaware of it, but I did wonder if the cleaning staff might have noticed it." - Janice Lewis
