Wonderful place, extremely clean, very nice staff. Good food, excellent value for money.

The room was clean and comfortable and well priced (although the fridge was a bit noisy during the night). The restaurant is excellent for the pricing with good food and service. The staff are all very pleasant and attentive. They acknowledge each customer and make sure that everything is ok. Check in / out was quick and accurate. I have stayed here before and will do so again

Have been here numerous times, generally good experiences, this one and the previous however, a deterioration to property, service, cleanliness is becoming noticeable. We enjoy the restarant (Country Manor) which is a key reason to return, a great value venue. But other facilities are now due to be attended to, safety, hygiene, service. Lights not working on external stairs, precarious. Screws protuding greatly on decking to floor outside front units, can cause trip over or cutting to feet. rooms not checked any more, as items noticed overlooked in cleaning. Drain to toilet floor exposed and looking very dirty (room 5). Have stayed at other locations in Albany which match these in price, cleanliness, service, if it wasn't for the restaurant aspect which we use extensively, would stay elswhere. This site needs ot lift it's appearance.

Location is about 10min drive to town centre of Albany, convenient and reasonable for budget travelers dropping by for a night or 2. However, I am terribly disappointed with the extra bed that we requested for in our twin room. It is too soft for comfort, not worth the extra $20 at all. Buffet breakfast for $12 was a good bargain nevertheless.

An excellent Motel charging extremely reasonable rates for both accommodation and food. The service stach were quick, efficient and friendly - although few in numbers, they got the jobs done very well. Cleanliness throughout was impressive. In particular the food suppled was magnificent - from a good buffet breakfast for only $11.95 each, to well above average quality lunch and dinner meals - again at prices that put not-so-good public restaurants to shame. On the downside it is a touch distant from town centre, and on a busy highway, but no major problems.

Through no fault of the hotel, I beleive I was misled when making the booking. I checked the hotels website for room rates before make the booking through the HotelClub site. Seeing I could get breakfast and accomodation for the normal cost of accomodation I decided to take up the offer. I booked the 2 night stay and included breakfast for the 2 mornings. When I arrived at the hotel they said I had to pay for the breakfast on top of what I had already payed. This caused a lot of confusion and ringing around to try and sort out what was going on. In the end I had to pay extra for the breakfast and the accomodation worked out at $89 per night. the thing that annoyed me was a big sign the hotel had out the front advertising the same accomodation as I had booked for only $79.95 a night. Where was the savings I was supposed to get through booking it on line. I found the whole event rather embarrassing and did not start my day at the hotel on a good note.

Although All Seasons was a little out of town (we like to walk but not that far) we found that it was a pleasant place to stay, very clean and breakfast was cheap and plentiful. We had one other meal in the hotel and that was good value too. Lemon meringue pie was fantastic!

Easy to locate & value for money if you are looking for a place to rest when stop over at Albany.

Staff at this establishment were first class. The meals were excellent in the restaurant and reasonably priced. No complaints. Would recommend to others to stay there. Enjoyed all.

Have stayed here many times before and enjoyed its basic facilities for a weekend however this time we experienced a rowdy crowd in the room next door which was unfortunate.

The hotel is a short distance away from Albany's tourist attractions but that's a minor problem given the hotel's reasonable rate, and so long as you have a car. It is value for money and the room was clean and comfortable. Yes, I will stay here again.

We've returned to this hotel because it is so good for the price. Breakfast is amazing - full cooked buffet for $10 pp. Excellent value.

Very convenient, easy to find, good for 1 or 2 nights stay. Very good cuisine, excellent dinner and friendly staff. Will stay there again for sure.

Although a little far out from the centre of Albany this is a very good quality budget motel. I rated it higher than the Holiday Inn we stayed at in Perth the week before in terms of the quality of the room. The restaurant attached has good food at cheap prices.

For a country hotel with stiff competition, it was average. The meals are economical. The room was fine for short-term stay. Right next to a drive through liquor store and a drive through coffee shop. A fine walk into town if you don't have a vehicle.
