Location is right at CBD, 5 minutes walk to Auckland Tower. Parking is an issue, there is no onsite parking. I ended paying $58 for an overnight parking at Wilson Parking. Suggested not to drive if you intend to stay in this hotel.
very small, but adequate. Had great views of the city. The elevator took forever each time you wanted to use it.

Location close to everything this was a Saturday night No hand towel or face cloth no plates, knives or forks they can be hired min $20.00. Alot of noise till about 1.30am from streets below Very clsean room but watch out for shower as the water takes a bit of time to drain from open floor.
We stayed 2 nights and our experience was awful. The second lift did not operate and waited each time for 10 min for the lift with 20 other people with baggage. The rooms are terribly small and bathroom was like a box in it with a horrible shampoo and a piece of soap, No face washer towel, no remote for the smallest old style TV, no DVD. Not enough blanket for winter and no air con either, extremely narrow corridor on the dark floor, can not make phone call for toll free number from the hotel room as it blocks the main phone line receptionist explained. No extra pillows, no drinking water, although there is a stove in the room there is no utensils - have to pay to hire the kitchen tools. No reason to set a kitchen making the room even smaller. A very shabby chair and a table that can't be moved due to tight space, no luggage room. The rating of the hotel online should be 2 star at most. It is misleading and thats how we could not figure out the condition of the hotel when booked. Also it should not be grouped in Accors hotel group with other good hotels. It can be wel used for back packer accommodation/hostel not a 3 star hotel. We would like to have a refund if possible. Very disappointed. we will never go back or recommend.
Very very clean, I was so happy to stay here just for a weekend out with a girl friend, will definitely be back!! Rooms are small!! But so worth it for location :)
The room was pretty small, but it was what I expected. Bed very comfortable. The nightclub was relatively loud even on the 17 th floor. My only complaint was housekeeping had missed a pair of ladies underwear drying in the alcove where the washing machine should of been! Which lead me to wonder how well the room had been cleaned!
A pretty basic style of hotel and facilities, but matches the price expectation. Very centrally located. My concern when returning early in the evening was a line-up of housemaid trolley's virtually obstructing guest access/egress directly outside the lifts. This would be a real OHS/risk management issue if a fire alarm sounded and a whole floor of guests were to try and exit via the fire stairs.
The location of this hotel is great, middle of the city, beside Queenstreet. The hotel room is small but tidy, slightly noisy outside due to street cleaning. Better get higher floor to avoid noise. Good choice for the price.
Room & Facilities were good & comfortable for short stay of 1 night. Room could have been a lot cleaner e.g. dust build up on high shelving areas. Reception staff amiable. Would be nice if they gave out a flyer of near-by restaurants, happenings etc
Given its location, the facilities within the rooms, and the functionality of the hotel - its good value for money at $90 per night for a double.
The Hotel was nice and handy for our visit and was good for a one night stay. I think if you was staying longer I would find the room too small. Good service and Breakfast. Maintenance man needed to do a bit of work on the shower with no shower head.
ALL SEASONS MAIN GOOD POINT IS IT'S CENTRALITY. BEING RIGHT IN THE HEART OF AUCKLAND CITY and the affordable rates online. The bonus is that it is ALWAYS very clean, the staff are efficient and helpful and polite! the one downer is getting used to the single floor of the ensuite; taking a shower wets the floor and everything else. it is a shame they cannot have it adjusted; a shower cubicle would contain the water and leave the rest of the room nice and dry.
inexpensive, compact, clean room with everything we required for a short stay. great value for money and central
Rooms are small but clean and tidy. Good value for breakfast. Stayed on 8th floor so reasonably quiet. Limited TV channels. Pay extra for hairdryer and kitchen utensils.
Great location in central Down town Auckland. Service very friendly and helpful. Unit was compact but comfortable. A real chair would be an improvement. A good Economy hotel, albeit carpet on my floor (14) in the hall was very run down and off putting. Very quiet inside the hotel. Just don't expect The Hilton and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Very small rooms but very central, helpful staff & cheap rates. This was our third stay there & we will go again.
we really enjoyed our stay would highly reccommend
In Room coffee and tea facilities were hopeless. No sugar or milk provided and only one sachet of coffee. No pan or pot for the hob. Shower creates a flood in the bathroom.
The only issue with regards to cleanliness was the shower drain was clogged. The hotel reception gave us a better room at no extra cost and I am sure the maintenance team unplugged the drain.
I find this hotel excellent value for money and it's location is top (except for the odd noisey nights from the nearby nightclub).
