We are ideally located on Papanui Road, just 5 minutes drive from the Christchurch City Centre. All Seasons Christchurch offers value-for-money accommodation in a picturesque garden setting.

Our generous and comfortable rooms offer plenty of space whether it be in an All Seasons Guest Room or a Junior Suite. Rooms can accommodate anywhere from 1 person to 4 people and is ideal for both business guests and leisure travelers. Many of our All Seasons Guest rooms have a balcony which overlooks the Rose Garden.

Complimentary car parking is included in your room rate. Plenty of FREE off-street car parking for any size vehicles....nothing is too big for our car park.

We also offer a spacious restaurant as well as a relaxing lounge bar. Our restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner whilst our lounge bar is also open each day from 10am till late.

We also feature an indoor heated plunge pool and spa as well as laundry facilities.
