All Seasons Hotel Perth

Very good, staff all very polite room was quite a good size and the breakfast was very good. We like to spend time in Northbridge so this hotel is a perfect location.

I found the sounds from the other rooms and corridor too noisy and wouldn't stay here again mostly for this reason. I would have preferred internal access to the car park and I didn't realise that the included Internet access meant 15 minutes use of the public kiosk terminal in the foyer. The bathroom was great though and the room had all the facilites you would expect from this level of hotel. The included continental breakfast was ok and had all the basics you would expect to see. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel has a great location to Northbridge with easy walking distance to the city. I just had a lot of difficult sleeping and with a long journey ahead of me the next day this was a major problem.

good location if you like asian foods etc some good asian supermarkets in the area, i would stay there again and you can leave your car there for a price, its handy if you come from the country

The location is very good. Many asian restrauants very close. They close the bar very early. We returned from a concert at 2230 and it was shut. The price also included a continental breakfast which was good

Rooms very noisy can clearly hear next door

The foyer area looks flash as but the rooms aren't quite as flash. Basic but clean and tidy.

I like this hotel because of its location close to the restaurants of Northbridge and have stayed there before. The room this time was a bit ordinary with not a lot of sound-proofing from the adjacent room. I'll probably give it one more try, but this visit wasn't great.

I have never stayed in a hotel with such thin walls in all my years of travel .I would not stay there again.

Good location, close to restaurants, the room was on the small side, but clean, comfortable and great value for money. A big bonus is that the hotel is in a quiet street.

Conveniently located a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre in an area with plenty of Asian and ethnic eateries. We were in one of the average priced internal rooms which have no window at all except for a becurtained false one looking onto a wall 30cm away with a picture on it, lit by a small skylight. Comfortable enough unless you are even slightly claustrophobic.

We had a happy, event-free stay with friendly, unobtrusive service.

This hotel is well located near all the amenities that Perth has to offer. Checking in was painless but waiting until 2pm was a hassle and there was no leeway with this although the hotel appeared less than full. Rooms were well cleaned and the tea and coffee making was a bonus. I requested a non-smoking room but it was obvious from the smell on entering that it had been previously used by a smoker. Walls are paper thin however and there was a party going on in next room which disrupted my sleep for most of the first night.

The room was completely INTERNAL - only a fake window in one wall. This should be specified in the on-line description. It was a very hot day and the room was very stuffy. The air con took 2 hours to get the temp down. A basic fit-out, not really 4 stars - more a 3-3.5 in my opinion.

Reception staff were very friendly & only too willing to help with any problem or enquiry.
