Large Residential Complex. This is a 15 acre site with a Marina and access to the Broadwater close to the seaway. The complex currently consists of 7 six storey buildings with 2 lap pools and a recreational pool.

Getting there:
8 km north of Southport between Runaway Bay and Paradise Point. 45 Minutes to both Brisbane and Gold Coast airports.

Check-in Procedure:
Please contact management for arrival and key pickup, details will be provided on Hotel Voucher. Please advise mobile telephone number. A signed credit card authority will be required at check in to prove identity and responsibility for your rooms condition on exit.

Car parking:
2 car parks are available with any visitors limited to 4 hours.

Child Policy:
Children under the age of 15 must be supervised at all times within the complex and pool areas

The apartment was excellent, the Management was very very helpful and the position of the Apartments is very suitable for couples who are looking for a quiet peaceful holiday.

1 Bedroom large fully equipped apartment. Large balcony with outdoor furniture, BBQ and rec. room 20metres. A 25 metre heated lap pool +large recreational pool. Private beach on the Broadwater with no road to contend with.

New Luxury 2 bedroom +study furnished apartment

2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom+study, Views of the broadwater from from your king size bed. Massive balconies with outdoor furniture, foxtel IQ, 2nd bedroom with queen or 2 single beds. 25 metre heated lap pool +large recreational pool. Private beach on the Broadwater with no road to contend with.
