"We had shared bathroom-there are 2- 1 large, 1 small and never had to wait for it, for the price and excellent location this is a great place to stay. The room was larger than expected. Hotel was hard to find- its on ur left down a tiny alley just after the train station but easy access to everything as its on the actual island." - Melanie Goddard
"The hotel is well located very close to the train station, Grand Canal vaparetto stop and Piazza Roma. There is no lift so if your room's on the upper floors be prepared to carry your luggage.
The breakfasts are good with a choice of pastries, cereals, juices and tea and coffee.
The rooms have air conditioning, a TV and wash basin but can bit a little small. There were 3 communal bathrooms that varied in size.
In general the hotel is quite though one night (Monday) there was a lot of noise from the street below with locals "enjoying" themselves until 1am." - Phillipa Billings

Amazing superior class structure in the heart of Venice, only 150 meters away from the main central Venice railway station (Santa Lucia) and close to the Grand Canal.
Our hotel has been opened in 2003, and it's now growing up by constantly working hard in order to add new important and interesting features to those which already exist. Therefore we are building up some new rooms on the ground floor, which are now missing, and we plan to install an internet point, the lift and a sauna. Before March the new bar should be ready too.
Our 34 rooms offer now tv color, heating, airconditioning, toiletries, balcony on request. We are also in a strategic position, a few steps far from the railstation, in a very quiet position from which you can visit the most important tourist attractions by just coming downstairs. |

stop at venezia santa lucia and at the exit turn left and take first street left (calle priuli). then walk for 50 m. until number 99/a/b; - car highway exit "venezia", then always follow panels to venezia until the parkings of piazzale roma or tronchetto. then take the public waterbus line 82 or 1 and get off at "ferrovia" stop (5 min. - dep. every 10 min. all day, every 20 min. all night with line "n")

from the airport "marco polo" waterbus blue line "alilaguna" every hour to stop ferrovia (15 min. trip, ticket 10 euro ppers.) or private waterbus taxi, price about 80 euro;
