I found that the premises looked good and the location is very convenient. The room was pretty but service was not great, as our rubbish bin was not emptied and carpets were definitely not hovered throughout the 3-night stay. Coffee was lukewarm and not freshly brewed, just ordinary instant coffee - otherwise good breakfast selection.
Very clean. Exceptional cheap price regarding de high standards of the hotel...We had a 50% reduction on the price. Breakfast was ok. We recommend this hotel.
Very good hotel, close to the centre and the underground. Clean and comfortable. Reasonable breakfast. Really good value for money.
Good sized rooms and king size beds. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental -cereals, yoghurt, croissants and rolls -but you could have as much as you wanted. Cooked breakfasts were available to order but incurred an additionalcost of around 7 euros for bacon egg and beans. The metro station at Anjos is very close by if you don't wish to walk into the centre. All in all,a most satisfactory hotel if you wish to stay in lisbon for a couple of nights and want a comfortable base but don't need the frills of a gym or a pool.
An excellent hotel - very close to metro and only two stops from city centre. The restaurant is only for breakfast and does not service snacks or meals unless there is a coach party in but there are plenty of places to eat. There is no gym either but we didn't have time to go there anyway Staff very helpful. For B&B one of the best hotels we have stayed in !
We stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel is a little out of the way although getting into the centre is easy by bus or metro which are both very near the hotel. The front desk service and cleanliness in the hotel were all good. It is an easy 10-15 mins to walk into town although there seemed to be some undesirable people around as you go nearer the town centre and I am not so sure I would want to walk back at night. We caught a bus back in the evening.
Very easy drive from the airport and 15-20 mins. walk to the city centre.
Overall the hotel was good. The metro station in front of the hotel, thus there is a good communication into the city centre, which is also within walking distance. So for the two days we stayed there it was good. We had a few problems with parking in the hotel, as the underground parking is very narrow.
the rooms were excellent, very clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast was also excellent and the waiter very helpful and friendly.I would certainly stay at the hotel again on my next visit to lisbon, once again thankyou for a restful stay
The cleaning service at this hotel is the best we`ve ever experienced. But the ladies at the reception doesn`t seem to have much of a concept of politeness, nor are they very serviceminded. They also give bad directions when asked for nearest internetcafè, or supermarked. But the men at the reception were very helpful. The location is ok, it is possible to walk downtown, but a bit far. Right next to the metro, though.
L'hotel è appena fuori dal centro e servito benissimo dalla metropolitana che dista circa 20m. Le camere sono spaziose, ben tenute e pulite. Personale gentile e disponibile.
I have to take off points for facilities with regard to underground car park. If you're driving a slightly bigger car, it is a terrible squeeze to get in and out. I also wasn't very happy with having a double room booking confirmed, but getting a twin room on arrival. Buffet breakfast was good - and was also replenished after 10.00 which is often not the case. Special praise for the receptionist Ana, very friendly and personally helpful - even though she was working under a lot of pressure - a couple of phones constantly ringing and customers at the desk.
Good hotel, good staff, good location.
Worth the money spend location is a little fare to walk to the centerá but metro is 10m from the hotel & very easy to get to the center on it.
Hilly Lisbon means this hotel isn't the greatest to walk back to, but taxis are so cheap it doesn't matter and it is seconds away from a metro station. It's a clean, comfortable hotel but you often have to wait for service in the lounge. Breakfast is adequate, if it's not included in your price you'll have much more enjoyable breakfasts away from the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. It's a good base.
Highly reccommend this hotel. We had a very quiet room. Lots of water pressure, very clean, roomy for this part of world, safe underground parking and pleasant accommodating staff.
one girl at reception was very friendly, the two others were very unfriendly and uninterested during check-in they didn't even apologise for not having the double bed that was reserved
Efficient reception. Good location near metro. Good, secure car park. Large, comfortable bed. Copious breakfast. Our visit to Lisbon was a joy and we used the hotel on 2 separate occasions, each with as much pleasure.
This was a great hotel. very good location and a friendly staff.
very nice hotel , could do with internet access, there is s shuttle to the airport for 10 euros which is very convinient , very good value for money andre
