"I found that the premises looked good and the location is very convenient. The room was pretty but service was not great, as our rubbish bin was not emptied and carpets were definitely not hovered throughout the 3-night stay. "Good sized rooms and king size beds. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was continental -cereals, yoghurt, croissants and rolls -but you could have as much as you wanted. Cooked breakfasts were available to order but incurred an additionalcost of around 7 euros for bacon egg and beans. The metro station at Anjos is very close by if you don't wish to walk into the centre. All in all,a most satisfactory hotel if you wish to stay in lisbon for a couple of nights and want a comfortable base but don't need the frills of a gym or a pool. " - Anthony Kneafsey
