"Very friendly staff. They help you with anything you want.Every room has a balcony with table and chairs which makes it very nice to sit and read at ease outside. The terrace of the hotel is fantastic too. Very clean - not too big- swimmingpool.
Orange and lemon trees on the permises which gives a subtropical feeling. I will surely recommend this hotel.

"It's very lovely. However, the location is further from Sorrento. So, one needs to take a cab, bus or 35 minute walk. Also, the air conditioning is only turned on at 16:00 and runs until 4:00 in the morning. So, when we got up in the morning, it was quite muggy in the room. It would not be nice to stay here in the summer when it's hotter. The front desk was not helpful with the group tours. The tour person was only available to book from 17:00 - 18:00. The Alpha Hotel is immersed in its own beautiful garden in the heart of the Sorrento Coast, between the sea and downtown of the genuine Sant’Agnello district; only 2 km away from Sorrento center, a stone's throw from the bus stop and the train station, the Alpha lies in an excellent position to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri and the Amalfi Coast.
The wide pool area, located in the most exotic corner of citrus grove enhances the spectacular setting of the hotel, which consists of a contemporary building furnished in a Mediterranean style and a historic 19th century “Villa” entirely made of tuff stones from Vesuvius, in harmony with the landscape architecture of the area. Recently refurbished and decorated retaining its original qualities, the “Villa“ stands out among the lush vegetation. The wide terrace overlooking the pool becomes the real heart of the Alpha during the summer nights, involving customers with live events sipping delicious cocktails or simply chatting with a friend in the moonlight.
The hotel Alpha definitely ensures a very relaxing stay, complete with every comfort admiring the stunning view of the bay of Naples from the roof terrace. |

BY BUS: when you get to the Capodichino airport, go to the bus park reserved for the "CURRERI BUS" departures going towards the Sorrento Peninsula, and get off at the stop "Sant’Agnello – Piazza Municipio", 200 mt far away from the hotel.
BY CAR: take the A3-SALERNO/REGGIO CALABRIA - PENISOLA SORRENTINA highway and exit at Castellammare di Stabia. Continue along the panoramic main road 145. Never leave the main road, after about 20 km you will find “Sant'Agnello” and the sign of our Hotel in the main square, Piazza Municipio, then turn to the right and follow the road for 200 mt., we are on the right side of the road. |
