Wanaka is on the doorstep of Mt Aspiring National Park at the bottom of the Southern Alps, centrally located in the southern lakes of the South Island. 1 hr drive to Queenstown, 4 hrs to the Glaciers of the Westcoast & 2-3 hrs drive to Te Anau/Fiordland area. |
