Alpine Motel, Lodge & Restaurant is located right in the heart of Ohakune township, which is the closest town to the Turoa Skifield. Ohakune adjoins New Zealand''s only World Heritage Park Tongariro, famous for its magnificent scenery, splendid walks including the Tongariro Crossing, and is also home to Mt Doom and Gollum''s Pool. This is Middle Earth at its finest. Very close to shops, picture theatre, supermarket, ski shops etc, we have an onsite Restaurant called Sassi''s serving delicious food Monday to Thursday, & 7 days for breakafast, large 8 person spa pool, 9 modern well appointed ground floor units, including spacious self contained chalets, all of which are serviced daily and have access to wireless internet.

Getting there:
As you come in to town from Waiouru turn left into miro street and you can''t miss us. As you come in from Raetihi go straight ahead through the intersection into Miro Street and we are on your left. From National Park head straight through town on clyde street, you will find Miro street on your left.
