Getting there:As you enter Wanaka from Lake Hawea, Cromwell or Tarras (Highway 84) you will see Puzzlingworld on your left, approx 1km from there turn right at the roundabout onto Anderson Rd. When approaching from Queenstown via Cardrona and the Crown Range (Highway 89) turn right when you get to the lakefront and travel through Wanaka and on up the hill, at the roundabout turn left onto Anderson Rd. Clarion Suites are located at the end of Anderson Rd on the left hand side - on corner of Aubrey Road.
Check-in Procedure:Current reception hours are 8.30am to 6.30pm. For arrivals outside of these hours, we ask to be advised prior in order that alternative arrangements for the collection of keys etc. may be made - you are assured of a warm welcome at any hour!
Car parking:Free secure parking avilable
Child Policy:Children under 2 are free. All other children are classed as a paying guest
We recenetly stayed in a two bedroom unit, and while it was very clean and well maintained, we found it very cold, there was no heating in either of the bedrooms and had we needed to use the 2nd bedroom it would not have been possible.Sofa in the lounge very uncomfortable,thankfully we only booked one night!
It is 1.6 km to the township (including eateries) or a return uphill taxi ride costing NZ$14-16. This is a disadvantage for guests without transport.

Very modern, clean and well equipped apartments, but you do need to drive to restaurants, shops. Our apartment only had a view of other apartments
