"How can a stay at a 5 star hotel be a disappointment? We feel we did pay for a lot more than we did get when visiting the hotel this Christmas, especially since we chose this hotel as a "Recommended Hotel". The central location, a good room size and an indoor swimmingpool are in fact very good things! But that´s about it! There was no circulation of air in the bathroom, and therefore very humid. We did only experience slow or absent service in the breakfast room, where people were allowed to smoke allover. Queues for coffee, queues to have a table. The health centre contains of three small machines. We feel we have been visiting a hotel which would like to be a five star hotel in the seventies, but now was more like a overprized three star hotel whitout any atmosphere. Our advice: less people in uniforms to open the entrance door, and more concerns about giving service value for the money!" - Anonymous
