"Comfortable rooms, but indifferent service. They ran out of breakfast by 09.30 am on one day! No apology - no explanation - no bread - no eggs. The fitness room was a joke - 3 machines crammed into a cupboard. The sauna was only available with 30 minutes notice and at extra cost - the staff didn't even know where it was.
