"Excellent hotel. Over 500 years old and very authentic. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. Good central location and hearty breakfast in very pleasant surroundings. Traditional Individual rooms and not your usual typical 4 star clones!
Loved it and will go back. Must say tho, had a problem trying to contact Rates to go from abroad to change the date. Never did manage even tho I called the Uk office and the message stated opening hours were 9-5 but I called midday." - Anonymous
