Amari Orchid Pattaya

The hotel room was lovely. We booked the room at one price but when we got there we were up graded. The staff were friendly. Would stop here again.

Hotel rooms are very nice and modern with great views over the bay, the hotel food was of a very good standard.

We've booked the garden view for 2 nights as they were on special for the green season. The rooms are a bit small but very clean. If we have to pay for normal room rates that I think it's far too expensive. We were not happy with the service as no ones help us with the luggages. The breakfast room was quite packed eventhough it was the green season when we went.

The Amari is a lovely hotel with all the facilities of any good hotel anywhere in the world. The staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast had a assortment of food, not only western but also local dishes, to cater to everyone's needs.

Service level here is one of the highest in Pattaya and Thailand! This is our 2nd stay and anniversary honeymoon. The thoughts put in to make our stay another very memorable ones, were evident in the welcome, special room decorations, as well as the special room upgrade with a fantastic ocean view! Amari Tower is highly recommendable. Has all the needed facilities for a relaxing holiday as well as for business. The two pools and the garden area are beautiful and very well maintained. A Thai friendly staff tries to read wishes from the eye.

The Amari is in a quiet location in the North of Pattaya. We booked a Garden Wing Deluxe room but were upgraded to an Ocean Tower Deluxe room. We asked for a room facing the pool as there is a Holiday Inn being built next to the Amari and the construction is a little noisy. The breakfast buffet is excellent, there are two pools, lots of loungers and very helpful pool staff. The location was great for us as we wanted to be away from the noisy bar areas but there are plenty of taxis passing by to take you to the bars, restaurants, shops etc for 20-30 baht per person. It was disappointing to find that Wi-fi was not free as with most hotels, the Amari charged almost 600 baht for 24 hours. Would recommend a visit to Mantra restaurant if you want to treat yourselves, its quite expensive but the quality of the food is very high. We've stayed at this hotel many times and would highly recommend it.

Placed at the start of Beach road in Pattaya. Very nice and clean hotel. Good breakfast and very nice and big rooms.

The room view is not good. They have booked the room with no view for us.

The Amari Tower is absolutely top and recommandable for a relaxing holiday out from Pattayas city life. Beautiful pools, clean, enough towels and best service.

This is a very fist time we staying in Amari Orchid Resort. The hotel as very nice, cleaned and good location. We love it! If I have chance to go to Pattaya again, I would love to stay at Amari Orchid Resort again!

Good hotel in all respects. Clean, comfortable, with very attentive, helpful and polite staff. The location is also good if you do not want to be in the thick of Pattaya but close enough to be within walking distance. Recommended and would happily stay there again.
