"This is an old-fashioned hotel that has seen better days. It was very quiet and until breakfast, it was difficult to tell if there were other guests. The receptionist seemed very surprised to see us as he had no record of our internet booking and he didn't seem pleased that we were only staying one night. The clientele seemed to be mainly older British and some French guests. The hotel is conveniently located for the station and the casino, but is a little difficult to find by car. There is parking. The Amazonia Lennox Estoril is located a very few meters from the Casino do Estoril and 500 meters walk from the beach and the railway station. The Lennox was once an elegant Summer House and now operates as a Hotel. It is set in is own peaceful and secluded gardens which surround the attractive pool and sun terrace. The comfortable furnished rooms are all named after golf courses and there is a golfing theme throughout this friendly hotel. The guest rooms are located in the Main Building and the adjacent Garden House, most of them have balcony. The 32 comfortable bedrooms, including 2 Jr. Suites and 2 Singles, are equipped with individual air conditioning, central heating, satellite Tv, music, telephone with direct line and data port, safe, mini-bar and complete en-suite bathroom. For your convenience, we offer several facilities, such as: Restaurant; swimming pool; Two Bars; Beautiful Gardens and parking. |
