Wonderful privately owned Boutique style Hotel in Feltham, completely refurbished, all rooms are soundproofed with all the extras you would expect of a large hotel group but with the atmosphere only a small independant can achieve. A wonderful garden area to the rear of the property is accesible though the conservatory dining room and patio area.

Getting there:
From The M25- come off at J15- onto the M4- (Head eastbound) and come off at J3- onto the A312 (Toward Heathrow/Hampton)- drive approx 4 miles on the A312 until you come to the crossroads with the a244- Turn right onto the A244- towards feltham- drive up past the St Giles Hotel on your left- over the hill and down to the traffic lights- take a sharp left at these traffic lights and you are now on the Hanworth road- drive a short distance along the road until you see The ambassador on your right at number 10.

Check-in Procedure:
Check in from 12 lunchtime although please contact us if you wish to check in earlier as this may be possible. it is also no problem to drop your bags off early and come back later.

Car parking:
On site parking is available for 5 cars and is free

Children sharing a Double bed with parents are not charged for. (Up to 4 years only)

A lovely, small hotel. Everything about the room and stay was delightful. The only problem was the transport to the hotel - quite expensive (we arrived late at night though). There is a bus that stops just outside the hotel, direct from Heathrow Bus Station.

Excellent choice for the Heathrow Airport traveller who wants a closely located hotel with the personal touch at a decent price. Very quiet rooms without the annoying fan sounds that you get in pricey big hotels. Also note that this is a UK hotel with very decent bathroom facilites, which most us thought were non-existing. Left early so I could not try the breakfast. Overall, I would not stay anywhere else if I had to take an early flight from Heathrow again.
