"My husband and I went to the Sema Show and phoned several times for the shuttle to come pick us up from 4:15pm and it never arrived, even though we were told that it was on its way and would arrive in twenty minutes. Some very kind strangers felt sorry for us at 6:30 pm and took us back to the hotel and on arrival we saw the bus parked in their driveway. What a service!!!!!!!!" - Renee Hamilton
