ASURE Amber Court Motel consists of 12 modern, non-smoking, ground floor studio, one, two and three bedroom units, all with kitchen facilities (electric cooktop, microwave, fridge etc.), free tea and coffee, electric blankets, heaters, hairdryers and ironing facilities. Getting there:Before you arrive in Te Anau you will see a large sign which reads Lakefront and Town Centre. Go straight past this sign and down a small hill into Te Anau, at the bottom of the hill you will see Quintin Drive on your left, turn into Quintin Drive and we are the first motel on the left.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in from 2.00 pm onwards Check-out by 10.00 am on day of departure
Car parking:Free off street parking for all guests. Secure storage for track walkers, kayakers and overnight cruisers vehicles.
Child Policy:Children under two years of age are free. Extra person rate $20.00.

Search no further. This place is immaculate. The linen and soft furnishings are brand new and the units are finished to a very high standard. Management works hard to keep it this way and at first sight can appear a little overbearing. However, they became very friendly to us and when there was an issue with our party being too large for the unit booked, they made a second unit available to us at no extra charge.
Location close to everything. Quiet area. Apartment spotless and comfortable. Management and staff very friendly and helpful.
Convenient to resort centre. Clean well appointed rooms.

For motels, this place is clean and functional. Stayed 2 bedrooms. Bathroom was large and had a tub and separated shower. Short walk to the lake. Long walk to city center. Good place to stay.
Newly refurbished throughout Odd layout for more than 2 persons but very handy and comfortable 2 TVs also which is a first!
