Ambience Hotel Taipei

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very good internal facilities, cozy and trendy. Value for money. Staff is helpful and warm.

Hotel is modern design with white theme. Room is small but comfortable. Not bathtub only standing shower but I like the rainforest shower head. Wardrobe is without door just a curtain. Room is quiet facing the back. Around the hotel there are many eating places but walking to the nearest subway station takes 10-15 min. Breakfast is simple and afternoon tea provided free.

Location is between 3 different metro stops (10-15 minute walk) with a busy intersection and easy to pick up taxis. Lot's of restaurants very close, currently mainly Japanese. No room service facilities that we were aware off and very limited mini-bar supplies. Excellent service and very helpful staff.

It was a very plesant stay for us we find the front desk staff extremly helpful,not forgetting the staff at the FnB outlet,though small in size the service was very wholesome.One setback is the distance that we had to walk to the MRT,all things bei ng equal worth the money. Lim Chong Tick.

Nice funky hotel. Decor is cool. Love the rain shower! There is a laundry room (washing machine with dryer) on the 10th floor. The dining hall was too small. Decided to have breakfast one morning. Had to queue. Was requested to return to my room and the staff called me when a table was ready. The cleanliness is impeccable. Hotel staffs are very helpful and tend to be overwhelming. For the first 2 days of my stay, they called me 2 - 3 times every morning requesting to make-up my room. Being on vacation, I would love to laze around in bed till after 12pm. Spoke to the staff finally and they stopped the calling. Location is subjective.....how would you rate 15 minutes walk to the nearest subway station? Overall, I would stay at Ambience if ever in Taipei.

Good location, nice room & especially bathroom, decent hotel facilities and very friendly & accommodating service. They offered late checkout and later changed it to a half day rate at our request. Would definitely stay again.

I've always wanted to stay here and this stay has been every bit as excellent. Top notch.

We liked the hotel very much, but it`s a bit far from the nearest Metro station, so that`s something to bear in mind if you want to use the MRT.
