"We reserved a room with a bathroom and arrived late. We were given a room without a bathroom for the 1 night and a 9euro refund. We had no option but to take it and change rooms the next day. This was a major inconvenience for us, however the issue was resolved the next day. The bathroom in the new room as new and in good condition. The electricity was a problem though as if you left the card in the slot all night, you'd hear a buzzing noise which was quite annoying. Just took the card out and problem resolved, however we could not use the aircon which was no big deal The location is perfect. Very central and within walking distance to wherever you want to go. Its right next to the central station. We recommend this hotel purely based on the location" - Bllal Haniff
