Overall great experience. Issues - When I checked in I was told my reservation was for a non smoking with one bed- Good thing I had printed out my confirmation because that is how I got my 2 queen bed room. Also first day the air freshener or carpet fresh is so strong. Otherwise, GREAT LOCATION, very close to airport, but with tv on, airplane noise does not disturb. Friendly staff, was offered free early check in when I arrived, Very clean, continental breakfast was whatever.. muffins and instant coffee. I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. For the price and location it does not get any better. They also have 24 hr free airport transport.

It was OK. Nothing great but not any problems.

We just needed an inexpensive, clean place to spend the night between flights. It's nothing fancy, but the shuttle was prompt, the service was helpful and friendly and the beds were comfy. If you want a coffee pot in your room, a hair dryer, a flat screen tv and plush towels you will need to pay more and stay somewhere else. It's good value for the money.

Surprisingly easy and fast. I only stayed here because I had a 10 hour layover from honolulu to chicago. They have a free shuttle, the check in was fast and the place was decent to stay the night. Overall a good experience for the short time I was there. It helps that the staff was super nice and it's only a mile away from the airport.

Friendly, helpful staff. One of the most inexpensive hotels we could find and it was worth it. We did not spend a lot of time on premises other than for sleeping since we were traveling and sightseeing a lot. So, for the money, we got everything we needed. Plus they have free wifi!

I didn't expect that it was that clean coz with the price that i paid...i can't believe the hotel was clean and had a nice people with good service/s. I would definitely recommend it with my friends

Okay hotel. Clean but old fashioned. I would use them again because of their van pickup service to and from the SEATAC airport. We used this to get to and from the light rail too....it was a cheap and easy way to explore Seattle.

If in seattle for a short time the shuttle which runs 24x7 is great. About 5 minutes on the shuttle to the airport or airrail station (25 minutes to downtown)

Room was clean but this motel is not nearly as good as Comfort Inn or Best Western for just a few dollars more. Would not stay again.

The location was good and 24 hours free shuttle was really convenient. However, one day when we returened from downtown around 10:00 p.m., bed making has not finished. The price is reasonable, so I can put it up though.

It is a very practical inn for people who love to travel like me. It has all the facilities I need: refrigerator, microwave, television, internet connection and courtesy shuttle service to and from airport. The accommodation is comfortable enough. All the personnel I encountered and dealt with were all nice and attentive to my needs. Considering its price, it is the best so far that I have ever known!

Good: The shuttle bus service to and from airport is good. Bad: Noise from aeroplanes; Small room; No hot drinking water in room; No microwave in room; Wireless Internet sometimes did not work;

Excellent shuttle to the airport. Good location and price. Good sized room. Close to shopping and food outlets. Breakfast muffins and coffee from office.

For the price the hotel was excellent value. Only issue was getting in contact with the hotel for collection from the airport at 1:30am as no answer from phone.

Convenient place to stay if you have arrived late into Seattle and have hired a car.

I recieved the value I paid for! It was a 2 star motel.

Free shuttle bus from/to airport. Clean rooms. Very bad breakfast, if you can call it breakfast at all.

Cannot fault it for a basic place to stay for a night or two. The rooms are perfectly good, the beds comfortable and the bathroom functional. The ice machine broke down on the hottest day which brought to attention the lack of a fridge in the room and the rooms do not have a safe, a problem for travellers with passports and cash. The shuttle service is very useful and the staff are helpful. The breakfast is banana or blueburry muffins and coffee, tea available on request. If you do not like a sweet breakfast, there are many fast food and sit down restaurants on the same street. All in all very satisfied.

The carpets were really well-used and I definitely recommend sandals or slippers to walk around in the room. The location was excellent depending on what you are planning to do, close to everything I needed. The "continental" breakfast was not very continental, as it was coffee and packaged mini blueberry muffins, however, there are c-stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Poor service rating only because complimentary continental breakfast not available on first day - only coffee and juice left at 8.45 a.m.
