Location of the hotel is very good, it's only 10 min away by walking to the city center and all the hotels and casinos. The hotel is in a quiet area so there is not too much noise outside. For those who are planning not to spend so much time in the hotel and spending time visiting Vegas day and night, this hotel is perfect.
I loved that COCO's Restaurant is right at the front of the hotel. Fantastic restaurant with fantastic staff!!!! I love their steak and prime rib! And their great breakfast! One of the staff is a fellow Filipino who made my stay in Vegas very pleasant! The hotel itself is not a highlight. When in Vegas, it's still worthwhile bargain-hunting among the great 4-5 star hotels there....
Cozy room with color tv and two double beds. Free parking. Morning coffee in the lobby.
We mainly used this hotel to sleep at night. We were in town for a huge Hip Hop Competition at another hotel. It was a satisfactory experience. [...], the room was very inexpensive and to me it lived up to the cost. The room wasnt very big or beautiful, but it was very functional for sleeping and showering. The only negative to me was that the shower water wouldnt stay warm. It kept going ice cold in the middle of my showers. no fun. For the price... it was worth it to me. its also very close to the strip and the airport.
I was there for a few days for work. It was a very small room. Very clean, friendly front desk staff. All we really did was sleep in the room. If I wanted a big room with all the amenities then I would have paid more at the other places.
Visited the museum, choc factory and other attractions on the strip. Motel was OK - the first room had a plugged sink. I went to the front desk and asked for another room. The wall was thin - you can hear all your neighbors conversation. Good value for location.
Basic, clean value in a good location.
hey best non-casino hotel in vegas, close to the strip easy to walk everywhere. would stay here again for the great prices
The reception service at the hotel varied depending on the attendant. One staff member in particular was very rude and not very communicative/helpful. We assumed that we had a kitchen in the room (as mentioned in description). This meant a microwave and fridge - nothing else! We therefore couldn't have meals in the room. However there is a great diner in front of the hotel - Cocos that provided great service and food. Hotel in a great location and the room was clean.
Not bad for a budget hotel. Walking distance to MGM Grand, with the basic facilities like swimming pool and ice making machine.
pretty decent place for a super budget vegas trip. only stayed here 1 night because we were in the room for a few hours but its not bad at all for the price.
it was perfect for what we wanted. we spent the first two nights on the strip and the last 3 here. right next to the monorail so we didnt have to walk very far. would stay here again
I had a pleasant stay at this Hotel, which is quite close to MGM Grand and the strip. Staff were very helpful, though the Security boxes were all being used. A decent room with TV, and good adequate facilities. Room cleaned every day. The Poolside was great for lying out and not busy like the big Hotels. I had no problems and would stay there again.
If you are travelling on a budget, or are in Las Vegas on the days when the price of rooms in the bigger hotels are at a premium this a great place to stay. Ideally located on East Tropicana Avenue (opposite the MGM Grand) you are right at the centre of the action. We had two rooms booked for a total of seven people, and everybody agreed that the rooms were well up to standard and very clean. The hotel is easy to find espically if you have just arrived at the airport. The airline that flew us to Las Vegas managed to smash two bags. They said they would deliver new ones to the hotel, and when we checked the next morning the receptionist had safely stored them, and they also disposed of the old ones for us without any fuss. I would stay at this hotel again, the price and the location is great.
The service is good, friendly, if hair dryer, hot or cold water, newpaper and breakfast is include can be consider.
The shower was totally broken when we got there, which was disappointing, but the maintenance guy fixed it right away. And Graham at the front desk was relaly nice and helped us out very nicely. Please commend him for his amazing work!
Stuff are friendly. Airport is near, just you know, but it is all right.
Wi-Fi wasn't working while I stayed there. Rooms are small for 2 people, but adequate.
Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I would definetly consider staying at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Las Vegas next time I am in Las Vegas. The rates were fantastic and the location was perfect.
Located justa a minute walk from Hooters and MGM, with free parking space it is ideal for the strip walk. It is a spacious room but even there is no breakfast included and that the room can be a litlle bit cleaner, it is a great value for the money.
It's a small but clean room. The location is great location just befind the Tropicana & Hooters. If u want luxury then go elsewere. If you just care to stay in a room to sleep & go have fun in the big strip the stay here. I have no complains at all. A + is that the pool is clean and big. : )
