"The reception service at the hotel varied depending on the attendant. One staff member in particular was very rude and not very communicative/helpful. We assumed that we had a kitchen in the room (as mentioned in description). This meant a microwave and fridge - nothing else! We therefore couldn't have meals in the room. However there is a great diner in front of the hotel - Cocos that provided great service and food. Hotel in a great location and the room was clean. " - Sonja Risa
