could not get the air conditioning to work, just pumped air at room temp. Not a bad location, very quiet area.
Not convenient to the railway station, but offers connection transport by prior arrangment. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Hotel was located in quiet area only a short walk to Museum and Metro line. Great Breakfasts and friendly staff, rooms very clean, overall a lovely hotel and we''ll definitely use it again.
Nice hotel wih friendly staff. A bit of a stomp to the city centre, but walkable nonetheless. Breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special. In roo movies and wireless access is too expensive. Some good restaurants nearby. There is free wireless web access at the Romantica Italian restaurant on Londoniska and a really excellent restaurant/bar called the Hlučná Samota a block away on Belgicka. The food is really excellent here, and economical too -- try the wild boar with oranges!
The service you receive during the day is outstanding they tell you where to go and how to get there. The night shift on the other hand needs to work on their people skills. You have to pay a fee to the front desk for having outside food delivered to the hotel, since the hotel has a restaurant. I guess I didn't read the fine print when booking with this hotel. They also don't have handicap ramps.

Excellent hotel in everyway. Rooms very pleasant, clean, lovely bathroom, staff give great service. Very nice breakfast and even a packed breakfast to take when we left to catch our plane at 5.30am. Location is nice and quiet with a short walk to underground metro station which is one stop from the main town square in city centre. We will return to this hotel.
Nice "quiet" Hotel although a bit of a walk from the center of the city, the weather was great so the walk was enjoyable. Would stay again and recommend this hotel.
