Perfect location - walking distance to the cruise ship terminal. Nice staff as well. I'd stay there again.

2nd time staying here! Nice simple spacious room looking onto harbour. BREAKFAST a huge dissappointment, buffet hot food almost cold and was tasteless, bread far from fresh. Good for port but steep hill not great!

Evening Receptionist could have been more welcoming. Fittings a bit worn eg carpets. but clean enough, nice residential area and near port and port pi shopping centre and no 1 bus to airport.

Fabulous views out over Palma harbour. Only a short hop from the centre, but has a great pool area for lounging around. Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Not a trendy hotel, but an old comfortable one!

We booked 5 rooms, of which 4 rooms were very below 3* standard and 1 room was recently renovated and really 4* so luck of the draw. I would advise to ask for ground floor as that was where the nice room was. Definately need a car to stay at this hotel as it was up a hill.

Location gave good views across the bay and cruise ship berths, but a steep climb from sea level to the hotel might put older people off staying there. Breakfast, although varied was very average, with most foods being budget standard, coffee was dire! Our room was clean and practical and fit for purpose, aircon was of a very good standard, and views were very good. Charging a daily rate for use of the room safe is a bit old hat these days,it should be included. I would give the hotel a 3* rating but only just.

Very friendly staff, although quite far from the city. Need to catch a bus for approx. 10 mins to get into city.

Basically the hotel is good value for the price - and it has a absolutely stunning view of Palma bay, the city and the harbour.

We were surprised to get such good value for money at this hotel. While it is not a luxury hotel, it has good, clean rooms, a great roof-deck and view, friendly service and a warm pool.

For the price we paid this hotel was wonderful: cool, comfortable room, panoramic view over Palma Bay, excellent breakfast, pleasant patio and swimming pool - and the staff were always courteous and helpful. We didn't hire a car but there were lots of buses into Palma and along the coast. The steps (116) down to the main road and bus stops might prove a bit taxing for some people but we didn't mind them. We definitely intend to stay there again.

Well, not bad, swimming pool, billard, pingpong table, etc. Reccommend to buy a suite, it is much better than standart. Good breakfast. Location is very good (just long strairs up to the hotel). 15 minuts on the bus to the nearest beach and about 25 to a good one. Supermarkets, entertainment centers are all around. The center of the night life is 10 minutes walk. In the room the balcon is not very clean. Anyway, the hotel is a good choice for its price.

Average hotel and good value for money. It could be superb because of the terrific views but badly needs updating. This of course would put it in a more expensive price bracket so you just get what you pay for.

Horizonte Hotel has a fantastic view. The room was very nice and big with very nice and large veranda. Just the cleanliness should be better, our veranda was full of little peaces of glass and the bathroom was not quite clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant.

Has Wireless Internet that can be accessed from some rooms but was very unreliable. Rooms are very large but bathrooms are dark. A/C thermostat also does not work. Excellent view!

This hotel must have the best views in Mallorca. Pay a bit more to get a junior suite & be assurred of enjoying them. The hotel while once must have been great is now a little 'tired' with cracked marble steps & tiles all over the place. Having said that our room was still very good & when you're sitting on the balcony experiencing the view of the bay of Palma all that is secondary. V good value for its location.
