Amooran Serviced Apartments and Motel is a family owned and operated property with 28 rooms - studio, spa, disabled access and family rooms, and apartments . The property has recently been fully refurbished to a 4 star level. From Narooma's best location, most rooms at Amooran offer the guest views across the golf course to the ocean, Montague Island and Glasshouse Rocks. Ideally located off the highway yet only a short stroll to shops, restaurants, clubs and beaches, Amooran is the perfect stop-over or holiday destination. All rooms are tastefully appointed, have kitchen facilities, R/C aircondioning and wireless broadband internet access. Facilties include an outdoor heated pool, barbeques and conference room.

Getting there:
Located on the Eastern side of Montague Street, Amooran is off the highway, however in short walking distance to clubs, restaurants, beaches and much more!

Check-in Procedure:
Checkin time 2pm. If you are going to arrive after 8pm. Please phone through in order to arrange a late arrival.

Car parking:
Car parking is off street and complimentary.

Child Policy:
Children are most welcome at an additional charge. Children must be supervised at all times including the playground and pool/bbq area.

We stayed a family room. It was so nice. Especially, all staffs were so kind. I recommend this self apartment for people wan to stay at Narooma. Big family will be needed one more apartment. We, I and my sister(2 people), stayed there. Anyhow, we enjoyed very very well with a good view. We will stay again next time.

I found the shower difficult to adjust to the required level and I also found the shower tiles extremely slippery and dangerous when coming into contact with soap.

Amooran's Studios are newly refurbished open plan rooms with a Queen bed, a Single bed and a double fold out sofa in the one room. With a balcony and panoramic views, kitchenette, reverse cycle air conditioning and Austar, these rooms are perfect for overnight or weekly.

Family Room

Situated with a Northerly aspect our Family rooms allow you to take advantage of the warm afternoon sun whilst relaxing on your own balcony or inside with our newly refurbished decore. Fully equipped with kitchenette and Austar to occupy the children.

Standard Room

Standard rooms are refurbished and offer similar facilities to Amooran's studio and family rooms, although may not have the views or balcony.

Studio Spa Room

Studio Spa rooms are newly refurbished open plan rooms with a balcony, kitchenette, a double corner spa bath, reverse cycle air conditioning and Austar. Rooms have a queen and a single bed.

Family Spa Room

Amooran's Family Spa Rooms are conveniently designed with a bedroom with two single beds and king sized bed in the living area. There is a second TV in the kids room, kitchenette, and a double corner spa bath and a private balcony with more limited views to the ocean.

Studio Spa View Room

Studio Spa rooms are newly refurbished open plan rooms, king bed, with a balcony, kitchenette, a double corner spa bath, reverse cycle air conditioning and Austar. Relax and enjoy the views!

Queen sized bed in one bedroom, 2 singles in another small bedroom and double sofa in living room. Mid floor, private balcony and panoramic ocean views. TV, DVD and CD player and small TV in kids bedroom. Kitchenette has single drawer dishwasher.

2 Bedroom Spa Apartment

Queen sized bed in one bedroom, 2 singles in another small bedroom and double sofa in living room. Top floor, private balcony and panoramic ocean views. Two bathrooms, one with spa bath, DVD and CD player and small TV in kids bedroom. Kitchenette has single drawer dishwasher.

2 Bedroom Deluxe Spa Apartment

Queen sized bed in main bedroom, king bed (can split into 2 singles) in second bedroom, double sofa in living room. 2 ensuites, one with spa. Private balcony with panoramic ocean views. Kitchen,dishwasher,microwave,oven. TV, DVD and CD player.

3 Bedroom Apartment
