Getting there:The Hotel is ideally located near all major motorway entrances and exits. SH1 TRAVELLING NORTH: Take the motorway right into the city, Nelson Street Exit. Turn Right at second set of lights, Cook Street. Turn Right at third set of lights, Greys Avenue. The Hotel is located at the top of Greys Avenue on the left hand side. SH1 TRAVELLING SOUTH: Take the Cook Street Exit. Travel along Cook Street and at the third trafic lights, Greys Avenue, turn right. The Hotel is located at the top of Greys Avenue on the left hand side.
Check-in Procedure:The Hotel will require a valid credit card and photo identification to be presented upon check-in. Prezzy Cards, Debit Cards, Eftpos or Cash will be accepted with a bond of $200 per night to cover incidentals. The balance will be refunded or settled on departure.
Car parking:Carparking- Undercover secure parking is limited and therefore available on a first in first serve basis and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Please note that a cost of NZD$20 per night applies. If your accomodation package includes parking. We will ensure that you are given a priority parking.
Child Policy:All rates are based on single/twin/double occupancy. Additional adults: NZD$30.00 including GST per person, per night. Rollaway bed charge: NZD$30.00 including GST per person, per night. Cot: NZD$15.00 including GST per person, per night. Maximum number of people per room: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years).
Unexpectly pleased with laundy facilities in the room, complete small kitchen, huge bathroom, and a nice large balcony. Nice bar and restaurant.
What a lovely quiet retreat in the heart of the city. On arrival we were upgraded from a King Room to a one bedroom suite - it was beautiful, spacious, and luxurious. Our apartment overlooked lovely Myers Park, which we walked through after breakfast. We'd highly recomment

Clean comfortable Hotel. The young staff on duty were helpful and friendly. Great to have a kitchenette. Nice breakfast. Had a room with a view of the skytower. Pleased we stayed here.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay because of the locality, having a spa bath in the room and service. We enjoyed it so much we stayed another night and would stayn again there in the future.
We've (my wife and I) always enjoyed our stay here. The Deluxe Spa room and Balcony views have been a point of difference. The staff are usually very friendly & helpful. Best value for money and would gladly recommend to our family and friends.
We had a great stay there, the service provided was excellent. Staff were friendly and very helpful, room service was great and the buffet breakfast is highly recommended. We are farmers and the city is very foreign for us so the help from the staff was greatly appreciated. I would definatly recommend the Amora hotel as a great place to stay

First rate facility that met all our needs. Good parking for our rental car. Airly room with lovely views over the pohutukawa trees. Romantic lights at night. Wonderful to get breakfast each day as part of the deal. Suite roomy and comfortable. Will go there when next in Auckland.

Great deal considering U2 were in town. Must say the pool was a let down as it only gets morning and midday sun. Also the pigeons in the pool were a bit of a turn off!
First stay at this hotel and was very impressed. Stayed one night on level eight and found the room to be fantastic and a good size. I also liked spa bath with sliding shutters which could open up so you were part of the room. Nice touch.
I had asked for a cot when I booked and upon arrival was impressed to find one waiting in our room. With other hotels we've stayed at it's often overlooked. Facilities were great too including a washing machine/dryer in our room and microwave, dishwasher and bath (although that could have done with a scrub) Overall a fantastic place to stay and we'll definitely be back.
Thought the Service from the Front desk was poor and also the Bar/restuarant Staff. Thought the room was very good and will stay again.
Great Hotel for the price. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the city centre, which on the way back is up a steep climb. Given the unpredictability of the Auckland weather, this may no be all that plesant at times. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and will continue to do so.
i stayed in a deluxe spa rom and the spa bath is very good other than that i wasnt to happy the room service food was awful and i when i didnt have the correct money for it the person delivering it looked at me like i was joking and i had to ask if he could bring up the change and $5.00 to have food delivered to your room is wrong when the food itself is overpriced. i wont be going there again id give it a 3/10
Had a great stay here in a lovely deluxe spa room. Only down side was room service food a little overpriced and one meal was excellent while the other was terrible.
