"Well located at the end of Bridge Road Richmond an easy 10 minute tram ride straight into the city past the MCG and Tennis Centre. The Hotel is great value and even more so when one realises its proximity to the city, without the city prices. Bridge Road itself is a shoppers paradise with outlet shops and little known brands that won't be found in the big shopping malls. Resaurants also line this road and there is a great variety of good food to be had. This hotel is an excellent cheaper option to staying in the city centre." - Rodney Case
"An absolutely beautiful hotel. The spa suite was small but very comfortable, and the toiletries were fragrant and excellent quality. The restaurant service was very friendly and relaxed, making us feel right at home. The servings were a good size without being ridiculous, and the ingredients were top quality. We managed to eat three courses without wanting anything else, and nearly full to bursting. We don't usually go for 3 courses but the food was so delicious that we had to try more." - Anonymous
