The location was great, view of the sea, close to the water and central. The balcony on the 1 bedroom overlooks the water, would be great in summer. The room itself however is small! Bathroom small, and the flooring creeks with every step. Had to tip toe when moving around.
With this kind of room, we find it is expensive

The ocean villa includes: cosy log fires, comfortable lounge area, spacious well equipped kitchen, large dining room, private laundry facilities, electric blankets, electric heating, TV and off-street parking – set the scene for a romantic stay or a happy and memorable holiday.
Booking was easy. Swansea is convenient but lacks places of interest in itself except nearby (eg Freycinnet National Park).
The room was very nice. A bit small though and the floor creaked. Otherwise good for a one night stay
Rooms are small but otherwise good. Excellent for a few nights stay.
The day we went there was a horrible smell that would not go away. I don.t think it was the motel itself probably a tannery which is close by. The initial contact was not a warm welcome either, more an intrusion ans the rooms were nice but very, very small. Nice views from the balconys, shame about the smell.
We really enjoyed staying at this place especially the Wood for the Open Fire as it was very cold, also the restaurant where the food was good and good value. It was handy that it was on the premises.
Very quaint, very English B&B'ish. The bathroom was very small. Rooms delightfully decorated.
We had a very delicious dinner here and the price was very reasonable.
Very good accommodation with plenty of room. Everything you would want for a long stay. Would definitely book again if we were passing Swansea.
