It is a good hotel to stay for a few days, say less than a week.

The room I stayed in was clean and neat. The spread laid out for breakfast good and well presented.

We liked the hotel very much: Nice rooms very a good air condition (important in summer) and directly at the railway station with a 10-15 min. ride to Vienna City center or to Grinzing.

very helpful staff, went out of their way for transport tips, very clean, nice surrounds, easy to find and only 15 minutes from city center, great value for money thanks to the staff who helped assist me

Breakfast is very good. Far from city but very close to train station. About 15-20 minutes on train to commute into city (Kalzplatz). No sound at all even though close to train station and very warm in winter. Free wireless internet.

It is a clean hotel, breakfast is also nice.But it is 20 min far away from city center. Very closed to metro station. It is a budget hotel.

Rooms very comfortable and clean. Breakfast excellent. Close to U-bahn. Highly recommend.

The hotel has two outstandig features: - Location close to the metro station (you can leave your car at the hotel without charge); the trains bring you in 17 minutes to the opera; to Heiligenstadt and Grinzing, you take the S-trains which are even faster and more comfortable. - Air conditioned rooms; this was very important for us during our stay in July 2007. The standard rooms are a little bit smaller than the superior rooms, but quite ok. All rooms are quiet (even if they look towards the train station side - the windos are absolutely tight). Very good the breakfast buffet, too.

It is a nice hotel. Pretty far from the center, but close (3 mins) to the metro and railway station. By metro it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the center. Also it is just 4 stops to Schönbrunn castle. Pretty extensive breakfast, I could recommend the hotel to anybody.

Both the night clerk and manager were very accommodating and helped us in obtaining another hotel for our return to Vienna.

Very friendly staff; located in a suburb 5 min from an underground station. Value for money: 10/10.

The hotel is located at the outskirt of the city and just across from the subway/train station. It takes only 15 minutes to get to the central area of the city by subway. However, because of the closeness to the station, you mihgt find it noisy. (Just keep the window closed, if so.) Sizewise, it is a realtively small hotel but very clean and cozy. It gives you at-home feeling. A lady at the reception is very friendly and speaks perfect English! We will stay at this hotel for sure when we visit Vienna next time.

Loved the breakfast!!!! Location was only 15 mins on the metro from the main part of Vienna. Metro right out the front. Shutters were great for keeping room dark. Had a mini fridge which was good. Met the cleaner a couple of times when she came into our room while we were there! Would stay again. Room was very nice.

The Hotel is not bad, although slightly pricey for the type of hotel it is, but I guess being peak season, that's the standard fare. One of the good things about the hotel, is its location. Just across the road from the Overland train and underground. It's about 20mins into the city on the underground on the U4 line, a few stops from the Zoo and Schonbrunn. You can catch the Overland train OBB from here to Linz, Salzburg an other destinations.

The hotel is indeed not bang in the centre, but with the UBahn on your doorstep you are in town quick and easy. Theres even night bus from town all night in case you were to miss the last underground!! The hotel itself was clean and well kept, breakfast included in the price was also good and i would definitely consider it the next time i am in vienna. A small "bonus" is that you are only a handful of stops from the Schönbrunn Palace, one of the main attractions of Vienna

Very helpful staff when I rang needing directions to get there & also suggestions of things to see etc. Great breakfast. Close to rail station. room very good.

Really enjoyed our stay, had an amazing view and a tasty choice for breakfast. Person on front desk was always polite would definately stay here again as was very easy to get into the city centre. Like most of the other people in the reviews we got a bit confused as to where it was when we got off the train at huttledorf. You need to go left down the hill and it will be on your right.

The hotel is in a quite location just 100 meters from the metro station and it has a free parking lot for the guests. It seems recently innovated and it is quite clean. It is a good value for money.

Very good service. Good location, although far from the centre, it is just beside the end of U4 line, making almost every location in Vienna easily accessible.
