I found it a real pleasure staying at the Hotel Narita. The staff and facilities were excellent. I can highly recommend the hotel. I was particularly impressed by the helpful staff in the dining area, who worked diligently in catering for my wife's dietary needs, as she has a food allergy.
This was everything we expected from a Crown Plaza hotel. Its proximity to the airport makes it an ideal place to stay for a final night in Japan .There is an excellent buffet, resonably priced with a good reduction for seniors. Our flight did not leave until the evenng so we were delighted to find there is a cricle bus that will take people to a variety of destinations in Narita.
Best hotel I have stayed in this 2008 Japan trip. They have a free shuttle bus that goes to downtown hourly, and goes to airport terminal every half hour approximately. Hotel is clean and bigger than most other typical japanese hotel. The aircon is not centralized so you can modify it to still spewing out cold air in winter. Nothing to do in the vicinity, so the shuttle helped a lot. First shuttle to airport is at 630 so no problem for my 930 am flight. I highly recommend this hotel
Unable to use credit card at the deli-shop at the hotel which was disappointing as we did not have much cash on us. There was not as much on offer at the hotel as we thought going by the hotel description. Frequent shuttle was good, but we had trouble finding out which was the correct bus stop on arrival at the airport Terminal 1. The shuttle to Aeon shopping mall was handy as it was an amazing shopping mall.
Good sized room for 3 adults and extremely comfortable beds. Very helpful staff. The airport buss was quick and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet has a variety of tastefully prepared cooked vegetables, fresh salad items and fresh fruit in addition to the usual breakfast fare, which will please the more health conscious traveller.
Hotel was conveniently located for Narita airport, but shuttle bus Didn't appear to run to Narita town( and Railway). Nice Buffet in restaurant, friendly staff. Western channels on TV ,but ours were badly out of tune - almost unwatchable. Nice hotel - very good for last night in Japan.
This hotel was fantastic. The staff were so helpful and polite and the breakfast choice was great. For a hotel close to the airport I would certainly recommend this hotel.
It was a pleasure to stay at the Ana Hotel Narita Airport. The shuttle to the hotel was very convenient to airport and train station. The placing of reservations very easy and welcoming. The reception at the desk and showing of room most friendly. Restaurant services friendly. Perhaps the restaurant meals could be cheaper by offering simple continental type breakfast or have meals included in hotel rates.
Poor internet connection facilities (you need to rent a modem at Hotel reception).
As with most things in Japan, you don't get much for your money, nice clean hotel with friendly staff, reasonable dinner prices, but quite expensive for breakfast.
would recommend this hotel if you want to be in the Review by: mercedes ellis Date stayed: 31-03-2007
the hotel room was very small and unfriendly, i did not feel comfortable at all or even to say relaxed.my request for a double bed was ok but had i had a partner one of us was to climb over the other to get in bed This sounds ok if you a making do at some friends place but not when you are paying for it
great service!
Good choice for Narita airport.
We found the hotel to be of a very high standard and the staff offered excellent service. The breakfast was very substantial and well presented. This is an excellent hotel for overnight stopovers due to the efficient shuttle service and close proximity to Narita.
If you need a quick overnight stay close to the airport then the ANA is value for money. The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. Very cramped and stuffy. If you need to stay for more than one night I would not recommend the ANA.
excellent service, nice meals.
Close to airport, with small but comfortable rooms, and excellent Japanese service. Good for a short overnight stay.
Approx 10 min free shuttle bus from Narito Airport. Buses run about every half hour. Rooms are neat but a little small. Beds were rock hard but comfy. An Ok spot for a sleepover between flights.
