"Great Service, Free Shuttle to the Kyoto Station is a plus. The only problem we had with the free shuttle is the last one from train station to Hotel is 7:45PM which is way too early. Not close to shopping area at all but with city subway or Buses you can get to shopping area in minutes. Overall it's a great Hotel. The beds were great. We slept like babies. Yes they do have carpet but it's very clean and with a Japanese touch which we love very much. Bath room was clean and large in size." - Anonymous

"The free shuttle bus each 15 minutes to and from the Station was a big plus. And only a few minutes walk to the metro. Buffet breakfast was very good, and all the staff were attentive, helpful and pleasant. I would certainly recommend this hotel." - Anonymous
