Good basic hotel in a good location if get a good rate and you dont expect much. Rooms are tiny; barely enough room for 2 small suitcases. Walls are paper thin.

Great Location, staff helpful only down side is there is no breakfast. But use the bar next door which opens at 8.00am, very helpful and at a good price.

A very pleasant hotel just in the center of Madrid, near to several metro-stations.
We had a short stay in this hotel and found it adequate for our needs. We only met the desk officer and he was friendly and helpful at all times. PS When did he ever take a break?
Very helpful staff. The breakfast choices were limited but presumably typical of a small bar and what there was was good. Overall a very reasonable hotel.
Good for location and if you do not intend to spend much time in the hotel itself. Right next to the Gran Via. English speaking staff and a high standard of cleanliness. If changing to Euros be wary of the price difference in case the Euro is strong.
