This is a good hotel for family holiday but the services could be better. The staff at the reception is not friendly and the housekeeping service is not up to standard. We asked for an iron and iron board but never got it. The faucet in the bathroom is leaking and headboard in the bedroom was loose and making loud noise if you accidentally hit it in your sleep. Overall facility is okay but the kids wading pool was not open even during peak school holiday time.
