Getting there:A mere 15-minute drive from the Airport and the Angkor Temples. Upon arriving exiting from the International airport, turn right and drive for about 1 km/0.6 miles until you reach the round about. Turn left (meaning 9 o'clock) and drive about 2 kms until you reach the 2nd traffic lights (T-junction). Turn left and drive about 100 m and you will see hotel on the left of the road. We are also located walking distance to the Museum.
Check-in Procedure:Check in time: 12.00 noon. Check out: 14.00 hrs. Please provide your credit card upon check in for any miscellaneous consumption in the hotel.
Car parking:Large Parking area in front of hotel for limousines and coaches.
Child Policy:Child sharing with parents without extra bed will be charged for the Breakfast. From children less than 5 years old and below, no charge for Breakfast. From 5 years old and above, children will be charged for meals (Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner) at 50% of the meal rate.
Neat place for the price paid
Very quiet resort a little way from town but still within walking distance. Lovely staff.
Measuring approximately 34 sq. m. for Single and Double rooms and 45 sq. m. for Family Rooms (Double + Single Bed set-up), each Superior faces either the Summer Royal Residence Gardens or the Century Gardens. It's interiors showcases traditional Khmer artistry and craftmanship in contemporary design. The color theme is Green to reflect the Garden view.
The 38 sqm / 409 sq ft room including a balcony overlooks the large swimming pool and garden area of 9 acres / 36,000 sqm. These newly renovated rooms are equipped with traditional Khmer fabrics as well 84 satellite TV and movie channels in 14 languages. Interior design is contemporary with hints of traditional Khmer artistry. Colour theme is earth toned.
Most impressive was their duty manager's early morning assistance to find a pen left in the safe and send it to us at the airport. That was most appreciated. Overall, a most pleasant stay.
The carpet in the hall way smells.
Very hospitable staff, good location - quite close to Angkor Wat, well served by Tuk Tuks and taxis and within easy walking distance of a variety of very good restaurants and shopping in central Siem Reap. We thought the hotel excellent value with a superb swimming pool. Dancing every night is excellent. Take US Dollars and ensure you have small denomination notes - do be careful with the dates on your dollar notes as NOBODY will take any dated less than 1985. Be warned! Entry visa is $20/person at the airport (have a recent passport photo for the visa)and the exit tax is a steep $25/person.
Quite warm on the top floor, as a/c not quite balanced
This was a beautiful hotel and good value for money when booking with [website]. The staff were excellent, the traditional dancing in the evening was an added bonus, the pool was fantastic, the room was very comfortable and the other facilities of spa, sauna and steam room were also put to good use. There were also good quality tea and coffee making facilites.
The awards the hotel has received make it sound amazing. It's not - it's an average hotel. Don't expect any tourist information from the hotel, but the tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel were much more helpful. Many thanks to the tuk tuk driver Mr. Pao No. 4
