"1. Staff very friendly and accomodating.
2. Ordered a taxi (previous night at the front desk) to depart on Sunday 27.1.08 from the Hotel to Siem Reap Airport for 06.00am ! Taxi did //not// show up. Hotel receptionist told us: "Sorry, taxi driver overslept. He will not come !" After saying that this would certainly not be "my problem", as a customer, the front desk staff took a quick decision and drove us to the airport by the hotel minibus. Can only say: "Great, Well done. Bravo !!"" - Markus Schmid
"The hotel looks old and does not look like a 4 star hotel. My impression of the hotel is a 3 star hotel. The buffet breakfast is below par especially the coffee and tea which are tasteless. The selection of food is limited and the 2 days we stayed there, the selections are the same. " - Anonymous
