"Well situated, a pleasant stroll to the Spanish Steps, and longer but not taxing, down to the Trevi Fountain and beyond. Front desk service a little "impersonal", and the breakfast was fairly basic but the service there was good! Room comfortable, but quirky plumbing in the bathroom (not unusual in Roma)" - Rodney HUEY
"For italian norms, large breakfast with fresh made cappucino. unfortunately plastic cutlery & every day the same sandwhiches & fillings.
Rooms are very old - renovation urgently needed - wooden walls by which you can hear every sound & durty carpets
Location is very close to metro Barberini and the city center
I would see this hotel as a four star hotel but three stars. " - Anonymous
"Very disappointed by the standard of this hotel - it was rated 4 star, but was more accurately 2 stars. The room and bathroom were unclean, the floor was dirty with stains and cement marks in it. The plug sockets were hanging from the wall. In addition, fire extinguishers were missing from the fire points. The breakfast was poor in quality and the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. I would not stay or recommend here again, despite being well-located." - Anonymous
"On the whole this was a very good hotel, the staff were very helpful, a great location, and very clean. I requested a double room, sheets and towels changed every day.
the breckfast was'nt too brillient, but adequate.
I would return to Rome and this hotel. " - Peter Austin
