Annam Apartments is conveniently located just 250 metres from Kings Cross Railway Station and 100 metres from local shops. Other areas of interest within walking distance include Rushcutters Bay Park (500m), Art Gallery of New South Wales (1.5km), St Vincent’s Hospital (800m) and the Sydney Opera (2.5km).

Getting there:By train: nearest station is Kings Cross. When walking out of the station turn right, then left onto Bayswater Road. After 100 m. turn right onto Ward Avenue. We are on the corner. It is a charcoal grey 6 level building. By car: from the city take William Street until you see the landmark Coca-Cola sign. Proceed up the Kings Cross exit ramp straight ahead and pass the sign until the first roundabout. The building is on the corner on your left side.
Check-in Procedure:Reception is open from 9am to 9pm. To make arrangements for arrival outside of these times, you MUST contact reservations BEFORE booking your accommodation. A fee of $50 - $500 will apply.
Car parking:Secure parking is available on-site as a part of our "works" package, it is subject to availability & MUST be pre-booked. Parking is ONLY available for standard cars. 4WD & body modified vehicles are not catered for on-site. Parking for modified vehicles, non standard vehicles or 4wd type vehicles is available at either the "Secure parking" next to the property or at the Sydney City Council car park underneath the fountain/Kings Cross Police Station.
Child Policy:Existing bedding is either a Queen or King sized bed which is suitable for TWO people only. ONE additional single bed is available to be placed in some of our rooms for a one off $50 PLUS $30 per night.
The apartments were quite nicely furnished and very comfortable, with good amenities like free wireless access and local calls. Good location as close to food places, drinking places, a Coles and Kings Cross Station. The staff were were very helpful, friendly and courteous at all times. Noise levels were fine. Would definitely recommend it.
The serviced Apartments at Annam were clean and modern and very Comfortable the noise from the street wasn't to bad considering we stayed over a weekend the staff were very Friendly and helpful I would gladly stay again next time I visit Sydney

Close proximity to public bus & train transport, clean serviced apartment, friendly staff always willing to assist, street noise from pedestrians on weekends distracting during night/early morning. Would definitely consider staying here again.
THE STUDIO APARTMENT WAS GOOD VALUE AND THE STAFF VERY PLEASANT BUT THE AREA VERY NOISY AND VERY CLOSE TO KINGS CROSS
Best appartments
The staff were very helpful and courteous at all times. I had a leaking sink in the bathroom and it was fixed the same day it was reported - actually in a couple of hours. The apartment is at the top end of Kings Cross - 2 minute walk to the Kings Cross railway station and Coles supermarket. Fantastic position. Can get a little noisy on Friday and Saturday late nights due to people coming from the Cross. But overall - a very comfortable and easily accessable facility. Would happily recommend this place and stay there again.
