good service but a tired property
Rooms were simple but clean and perfect for an over night stay. Close to restaurants and easy to find.
1 queen, air conditioning, cable TV, tea/coffee making facility, shower, etc.
1 double and 1 single bed, cable TV, air conditioner, fridge, tea/coffee facilities, iron & ironing board, and ensuite.
Delightful staff, lovely resceptionist. Very easy book in, organised ground floor room for us, without any hesitation. Very helpful and obliging cleaning ladies. Very close to a good choice of food outlets:- Chinese, Thai, Sizzlers, KFC and heaps more. Easy to get to the P A and Mater Hospitals, where we had to go to several times. Traffic noise a bit hectic, but then we are from the country. Parking easy. We would and will definately stay there again. It was a very pleasant time, and we felt very welcome.
Beware of the changing temperature of the water in the shower.

I found the Annerley MI good value for price. However the air conditioner was very loud.
Staff were very accommodating.
We had a 1 bedroom room. A budget motel which has everything you want, the only shortcoming is the noise from the main road was a bit annoying at night, overall is value for money.
We had a very enjoyable stay here the Management were excellent & would go out of their way to accommodate any request Will be returing again Very good service & close to Bus & Train Station & Pubs takeaways
