Annie's Guest House is located in South Shields, Tyne and Wear, approximately seven miles fron Newcastle upon Tyne.
All our guest bedrooms have memory foam mattresses; double-glazed, opening windows complete with black-out roller blinds; individual temperature control; work desk with lamp, free wireless internet access (wi-fi); flat-screen digital TV's with extra Freeview channels; tea/coffee; hair dryer and big soft towels.
A full English breakfast with special dietary requirements catered for, is included in the room rate - available from 6.30am seven days a week. A fridge and microwave is also available for guests.

We are a five minute drive from the A19 and Tyne Tunnel. The A1 is 10 minutes drive making Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Shields, Northumberland, Sunderland and Tynemouth all quick and easy to get to.
