Bought our bus & water bus (traghetti) tickets at the hotel -convenient! Friendly, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast, charming building & garden. We even had a balcony. Hotel description:    Antica Villa Graziella is a warm, family run by hotel, with bed & breakfast treatment; it is located in Marghera, a Venice's mainland district, in a noiseless, quiet area, close to Mestre-Venezia train station (only 900 mt. by foot) and not far away from Milano-Venezia motorway's exit (1,5 km). Easy connection also to and from Venice (Marco Polo) and Treviso airports.
Moreover, the bus stop to Venice just 400 metres from the hotel.
The blooming garden in good season is at your disposal for moments of relaxation, during which you may delight in a good caff espresso, an optimal cappuccino, or a delicious hot chocolate while concentrating on your reading, whether a guide of Venice, or any art book that the Antica Villa Graziella library has at the disposal of all her guests.
A variety of pizzerias and restaurants can be easily reached on foot.

From Ravenna E45; follow the directions to A4Milano;at the large roundabout follow the instructions at the point "big roundabout".
TRAIN: on foot(900 mt),get off in Venice-Mestre Station;go through underpass;exit to MARGHERA into via Ulloa;at the circle turn right into v.le Paolucci;after the bend turn right into via Coletti n6. You may also take the bus n15;get off in front of the supermarket and follow the instructions above.
PLAIN: From Venice"Marco Polo"airport;take the bus n15;get off on MARGHERA in front of the Supermarket; after the bend turn right into via Coletti n6. From Treviso"Antonio Canova"airport; take the bus shuttle to Venice-Mestre,get off at the Mestre train station, and follow the directions stated in "by train".
