Getting there:BY CAR: From A4 by the Milan-Venice-Trieste motorway, exit at Venice-Villabona tollgate continue on the Tangenziale until VIA CASTELLANA. Follow indications to “Zelarino”. BY PLANE: International Airport “Marco Polo”, Venice at 14 Kilometres or 15 minutes by taxi. By bus nr 15 until the last bus stop of via Torre Belfredo, and after 5 meters take bus nr 20 or 21 or "Maerne-Noale" or "Scorzè" until Zelarino, bus stop right in front of a bank called “ Cassa di Risparmio di Venezia” BY TRAIN: Mestre railway station. 3 Kilometres or 15 minutes with taxi or bus nr 20/21 until Zelarino, bus stop is right in front of a bank called “ Cassa di Risparmio di Venezia”, that is about 30 metres faraway from the hotel.

Good hotel. Small breakfast choise and space. But very good decoration/design of the rooms.
With public transport accessible and friendly hospitality, this quaint hotel is not good value for money, despite having free carparking. With plenty of traffic noise and lack of TV facilities to cater for the non Italian speaking clientelle. I wouldn't stay there again.
Breakfast was nice (great cakes!). Great location - 30 metres from the stop for the 1-Euro, 25-minute bus ride to Venice. The hotel will sell you the bus ticket. Don't get a return ticket - your all-day pass for the vaporetto system also covers Mestre buses. The food and value for money at the restaurant next door - possibly owned by the same people - was not brilliant, but OK. In fact the only disadvantage of this hotel was the noise from the bar of this restaurant; they played Pink Floyd, loud, until about 11:30pm. I like Pink Floyd and I wasn't trying to get to sleep early, but otherwise it would have been a problem. If this would be an issue for you, ask for a room as far away from the bar as possible.
very very very nice hotel,small but cosy,very clean with very polite and helpful staff.it takes 30 min by bus for the piacciale roma. DONT FORGET to try the restaurant next door!!!!!!
all suggestions about this hotel was helpful. the restaurant next door is excellent. you can now get tickets for the bus at the lobby and do not have go anywhere else. friendly staff and all in all a good place to stay.
A very very comfortable boutique hotel. Beautiful and clean rooms and bathrooms just like any 5 star hotel. Be adviced that the hotel is at Castellana which is on the left hand side of the Tangenziale freeway and not at the Mestre exit. There are regular bus service to Venice. Free parking space behind. Highly recommended for travellers coming by car.
The hotel was very nice and had easy access to explore the islands of Venice. The hotel was elegent inside with very nice decorations. The staff helped us find the correct buses to make the 30 minute ride into Venice. The bus stops right outside the hotel. Be sure to buy the 24 hour Venice bus and water taxi pass from the store across the street. The free parking felt safe to leave our new car.

Few minutes to Venice by bus, with stop just outside the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, good value for money.
One of the best hotels we stayed in while in Europe recently. Very good sized room friendly staff and great breakfast. Easy to get into Venice on the bus just outside the hotel - would stay there again .
