"With public transport accessible and friendly hospitality, this quaint hotel is not good value for money, despite having free carparking. With plenty of traffic noise and lack of TV facilities to cater for the non Italian speaking clientelle. I wouldn't stay there again." - Anonymous
"Breakfast was nice (great cakes!). Great location - 30 metres from the stop for the 1-Euro, 25-minute bus ride to Venice. The hotel will sell you the bus ticket. Don't get a return ticket - your all-day pass for the vaporetto system also covers Mestre buses.
The food and value for money at the restaurant next door - possibly owned by the same people - was not brilliant, but OK.
In fact the only disadvantage of this hotel was the noise from the bar of this restaurant; they played Pink Floyd, loud, until about 11:30pm. I like Pink Floyd and I wasn't trying to get to sleep early, but otherwise it would have been a problem. If this would be an issue for you, ask for a room as far away from the bar as possible." - Nicholas BROWN

This hotel is composed of fourteen comfortable rooms that welcome the guests with a combination of bright and soft colors learnedly combined either in the furniture and in the tissues along with the basic original wooden structure willingly maintained.
The result is 14 spacious rooms divided into: 1 Suite, 3 Junior Suites, 8 luxury twin-bedded/ king size rooms and 2 nice single rooms with a French size bed, a breakfast room and a corner bar.

BY CAR:
From A4 by the Milan-Venice-Trieste motorway, exit at Venice-Villabona tollgate continue on the Tangenziale until VIA CASTELLANA. Follow indications to “Zelarino”.
BY PLANE:
International Airport “Marco Polo”, Venice at 14 Kilometres or 15 minutes by taxi. By bus nr 15 until the last bus stop of via Torre Belfredo, and after 5 meters take bus nr 20 or 21 or "Maerne-Noale" or "Scorzè" until Zelarino, bus stop right in front of a bank called “ Cassa di Risparmio di Venezia”
BY TRAIN:
Mestre railway station.
3 Kilometres or 15 minutes with taxi or bus nr 20/21 until Zelarino, bus stop is right in front of a bank called “ Cassa di Risparmio di Venezia”, that is about 30 metres faraway from the hotel.
