This apartment in Florence is located exactly between the quarters of San Frediano and Santo Spirito, two minutes walking from the river side (Lungarno), from Santo Spirito square, from Palazzo Pitti and Boboli Gardens and, of course, from Ponte Vecchio. Along Lungarno many old and historical buildings stand. There you can enjoy a wonderful sunset.
Suite Antinori is located in a '600 historical and characteristic building (first floor, no lift). Elegantly restructured and furnished. On the wall of the living room there is a marvellous fresco.
The apartment consists in a living room-kitchen, a loft, a bath in Tuscan Marble with shower, The loft has a double bed and wooden beams on the ceiling.
The apartment has every comfort: TV-DVD, air conditioning, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and iron board, etc.

"I was not informed that the apartment was located at the 4th floor without lift! With elderly people, this place looks impossible to live in. Good location but heater was not working. Hot water did not work early in the morning but came abit later in the morning. Car park cost 20euro, average price for parking in Florence city.
Could improve on kitchen equipments and replace them with new utensils. No kettle to boil water, rather disappointing. Very noisy in the wee mornings as the bakery below was preparing pastries and the smell at 4am really wakes me up!

By Train:Stop at Santa Maria Novella railway station.
You can take a taxi for 5 minutes /10 euro to reach the apartment.
By car :Motorway A1 ,Gate Firenze Certosa follow for centre and stop at porta Romana. From Gate to apartment you need 12 minutes.
By Airplane.
From PISA airport take a bus called Terravision (10 euro each) until railway station and after a taxi ( 10 euro ,5 minutes)
From Florence airport take a taxi to reach the apartment ( 17 minutes ,20 euro)
