APARTHOTEL PUERTO AZUL is situated in the beach promenade of Marbella, at the Fontanilla beach, close to Marbella's old town and at a 5 minutes drive to famous Puerto Banus. Our comfortable apartments and reasonable prices will fill in your expectations. The Promenade is closed to traffic to make it easier for strollers to contemplate the Mediterranean with tranquility or to visit the Marbella Leisure Harbour, only a few steps away. At the old town you'll find the fusion of moslem and christian cultures in a wonderful maze of narrow streets and small squares, all reflecting the taste and character of the andalusian way of life. Our aparthotel has direct access to the beach, swimming pool, restaurant and 24 hours reception. All our apartments are equipped with satellite channel television, direct-dial telephone, airconditioning, heating, optional safe, complete kitchen, bathroom and private furnitured terraces. Daily cleaning of the apartments (except kitchens), except on sundays and local holidays. Sheets and towels are changed twice a week. WELCOME!

Getting there:FROM MALAGA AIRPORT BY BUS There is regular direct bus from Malaga Airport to the Marbella bus station (where you take a taxi to Aparthotel Puerto Azul). Find the busstop just outside of the arrival hall about 100 m to the right. BY CAR Leaving the airport follow direction CADIZ by the N-340 to find the A-7 direction Algeciras. After at least 10 kilometers you have the option to take the toll way AP-7, don't take it, but continue on the A-7. Take the exit 184 following MARBELLA CENTRO URBANO/POLÍGONO INDUSTRIAL (a +/- 40 minutes drive). You'll enter Marbella by the main street, driving under the 'Marbella arche'. Follow the main street until you pass the little park near to Marbella oldtown on the left. Take the first turn left after having passed the park (not the street just on the end of the park but the next one). Continue and take the third to the right, just after the underground parking entrance. We are at 100 m on the left side in this street.

Great location and service
good clean hotel only steps from beach, swimming pool area a bit small for the size of the hotel, kitchen equipment a bit antiquated had to ask for a kettle and a new toaster, patio door did not lock. Apart from that good value for money. Staff very helpful and speak english well. would recommend. good location for restaurants and shops.
The location of this hotel is fantastic. The rooms at the front are looking right into the sea - you could not be nearer! The Paseo, whch passes right under your balcony is perfect for walking and takes you past all the restaurants and bars.
What a perfect location in Marbella kitchen was tiny but we didn't need it for much not as modern as some Spain Hotels but location location location this is one I will defintely go back to
Spacious and pleasant enough hotel, but a little bare and the extra bed in the living room wasn´t especially comfortable.
The best thing in hotel was location, near beach, shops and restaurants. Parking place was a small problem but there was a parking lot near by (22 € per day, expensive). The hotel has also couple of own parking places but they were all taken already at 12 AM. There rooms were quite ok but there were fuggy smell in the room. The hotel staff was freindly.
This apartment block is right on the beach of Marbella. The facilities are great, the kitchen is there but plenty of restaurants if you are not on a holiday to cook. Marbella is a very relaxed location to stay and has easy access for a day in Tangiers by booking a tour through the hotel.
Gret location, but a run down property. Beds are quite bad, pillows like a rock. Parking spot is 15eur, room safe 2.5eur. When A/C control didn't work in our room, front desk attendant didn't send anyone to replace it. Instead they asked the guest to fetch the new remote themselves.
Excellent hotel, service and price. Right in centre of Marbella so can walk to everything. Will be visiting again.
The hotel was right on the front and conveniently located. The swimming pool can be described as a large bath! The hotel needs a complete update into the 21st century, it was very 70s and needs a face lift inside and out. If you have long legs you cannot sit on the loo properly as the bath is only about 6 inches from the front of the seat. A bit of an uncomfortable experience. The covers on the beds looked and felt as it they had been there since WW2. Comparing it with other hotels close but it was on a par. If you want quality in Marbella it is better to stay on the Golden Mile.
A great affordable hotel in a fantastic seafront location in Marbella! Our studio apartment was surprisingly spacious, with a balcony with views over the promenade and the sea. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this to anyone.
Helpful and friendly reception staff. Clean. Good location for beach, and town.
This hotel is in a prime position near to the beach and a stroll away from the old town. The down side is the parking as in the whole of Marbella and its just luck if you find a space. There are plenty of underground car parks at 17 euros for 24 hours. Cooking facilities were limited but very clean hotel and pleasant staff.
Pleasant hotel, next to nice park and seafront. Apartment fairly roomy though tiny kitchen area. Good value for money.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much, the entertaining in the evenings were really good . The breakfast is also very good.
